Your pal and your plan

Changing how your pal looks. Tap your pal on Home, or go to Settings → Your pal.

Changing your space or equipment. On the Program tab, tap “Change space & equipment” under your routine. Your next routine is rebuilt around it.

Switching plans. On the Program tab, tap “Change plan”.

A move didn’t feel right. Say so when your pal asks after the move. It comes back gentler next time, or rests for a while. If something hurts, keeps getting worse or worries you, stop and check with a GP or physiotherapist.

Friends

Adding a friend. On the Friends tab, tap + and choose “Invite a friend” to send a link. If a friend sent you a code, choose “I have an invite code”.

Invited before you installed? Open the invite link again after installing and tap “Accept invite”, or copy the link and SlouchPal will offer to paste it after you make your pal.

Blocking or reporting. Open the friend’s page to block them, or press and hold a message to report it.

Hiding which exercises you did. Settings → turn off Share exercise names. Friends will just see that you moved.

Keeping friends on a new phone. Sign in with Apple from Settings before you switch.

Reminders

Turn them on from Settings or at the end of a routine. If they don’t arrive, check that notifications for SlouchPal are allowed in iOS Settings → Notifications.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions are handled by Apple. To cancel or change yours, open iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions → SlouchPal. For refunds, visit reportaproblem.apple.com. If you’ve reinstalled SlouchPal, use “Restore purchases” on the subscription screen.

Deleting your data
